You can play Cards and Castles online or against the computer in a campaign or single match. The aim is to overcome your enemy and destroy their base. You have a deck of cards, which allows you to make attack units, give you special abilities, and more.

Each card carries a cost, so you have to think carefully which cards to play each turn, as you have limited gold to spend. Do you spend now on weak units, or save gold for more powerful cards later? As the game is played on a board, and each fighting unit has different movement and attacking ranges, you also have to think carefully about position.

You get additional cards and decks by playing the campaign. The more cards you have, the better chances you have against your opponents. While tactics on the board are certainly important, without good cards to play, you'll soon find yourself overwhelmed.
